Stands for “Compact Disc File-System” CDfs, in Linux programs, is just a document system launched on July 21, 1999, a specific file system which stores data keeping in view the standard of ISO (International Standard organization).
 

CDFS may be the Windows driver for CD ROM participants. The CDFS change MSCDEX which was employed for MS DOS and it is a 32-touch plan that operates in function that is protected.
 

Additionally, CDFS runs on the VCACHE driver to manage the CD ROM disk-cache permitting a softer play-back. It runs in protected mode. In addition, it uses the VCACHE driver to control the CD-ROM disk cache, which results in much smoother playback.
