An IGP “Interior Gateway Protocol” is just a protocol for exchanging routing data between gateways (hosts with hubs) inside an independent community (for Example, something of corporate neighborhood networks).

The routing information may then be utilized from the Internet Protocol (IP) or other network protocols to identify how to route signals.
