Internal Hard Drive


Hard drive and abbreviated as HDD (Hard Disk Drive) or HD, the drive may is the computer’s primary storage media system that completely stores all information about the computer such as os, applications software etc.

The drive was initially launched on September 13, 1956 and includes a number of drive platters within air sealed housing.

While laptop computers only have room for one internal hard drive, some desktop computers have multiple hard drive bays, which allows for multiple internal hard drives.
